Meet Addy!

Value Add(y) was born from a simple conviction: small businesses deserve systems that work for real life, not just in theory.

I grew up in Brooklyn, launched my first business just outside Boston helping local shops build their digital presence, and now plant roots in Florida, partnering with entrepreneurs across the state to put people at the forefront of better people operations.

Early on, I worked closely with my local Chamber of Commerce and their StartUp program, helping new businesses find footing online and on social media. Today I'm looking forward to helping you and your current and future team!
