The Addy in Value Add(y)

Founded by Addy Brennan, with over a decade of hands-on work with small and mid-sized businesses navigating hiring, training, leadership, and growth. Addy started her career helping local businesses build their digital presence and scale sustainably, working closely with community organizations and startup programs to support founders in their earliest, messiest, arguably most difficult stages.

What she saw again and again was this: most advice focuses on scaling revenue, but very little supports the people systems needed to get there. Value Add(y) exists to fill that gap, helping business owners build strong, human-centered foundations for recruitment, onboarding, employee development, leadership, and change management.
